Fresh fruit victoria sponge layer cake

Looked incredibly Delicious!!  this cake was made for a lovely venue Sa Caleta, a little known wedding venue which is extremely pretty.

Fresh fruit was arranged around tiers of Victoria sponge filled with vanilla butter-cream.
